Dealing with the return was a bit of a headache. Then the exchange took forever, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really help much with any of that. Just not a great experience overall.

I ordered an axle for my bike trailer and it fit exactly how it was supposed to, so that was a relief because I wasn’t totally sure I’d picked the right one. The site was easy to get through, nothing too confusing or annoying. Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, which was kind of a bummer, but once it showed up and worked fine I wasn’t too bothered. Overall, happy with the purchase

Maybe the actual products are decent, but the website experience was poor enough that I gave up before placing an order.

The trailer feels steady, and I haven’t noticed any weird wobbling, even with some weight in it, which was my main concern. I’m taking off one star because the instructions could be clearer, especially for anyone who likes to be careful before installing parts like this.

I ordered this axle because it said it would fit my bike. It did technically go on, so I guess it fits, but the spacing seemed a little weird and I had to mess around with it longer than I thought I would. I got this axle so my bike would fit on the trainer, and it does the job. I had to double-check a bit to make sure I was ordering the right one, but once I got it, everything worked fine. Shipping was okay too. the only annoying part was my own bad timing because I waited until I actually wanted to use the trainer to figure all this out.

No real drama, no weird fit issues, and it went right onto the bike like it was supposed to. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the instructions could be a little clearer. Not a dealbreaker, but they definitely leave you wondering if they’re keeping a few details hidden on purpose. Overall though, solid product and easy enough to install.

I’d been going in circles trying to find the right axle adapter for my bike rack, and Robert Axle Project actually had the exact one listed and in stock. Ordering was easy, and it showed up quickly too. it was just nice to find the part without a whole bunch of guessing and back-and-forth... kind of rare these days.

I ordered an axle part and it did show up correctly, so that was good. The shipping took longer than I expected though, and the tracking barely updated, which was kind of confusing?? Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just average. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t in a hurry.

The finish looked clean, the threading felt smooth, and it definitely didn’t have that cheap feel. I also liked that it’s made in the USA. Installing it was straightforward, and it fit my bike the way it was supposed to. I’ve had it on for a few rides now, and so far I haven’t noticed any weird noises, looseness, or issues. The only reason I’d knock off a star is that the shipping updates were a little slow. The axle itself has been great, though.
